Taking Care of Me (VLOG)

Hello My Loves,
This video might be full of my rambles. I didn't realized how hard it is to open up
and talk about my personal challenges in front of a camera.
Since no one is really listening while you film the video,
It's really like YOU talking to your own self.

But I wanted to share it still. It's the 1st of many.
I hope I can continue this series.
Because like what I always say, if my message would reach and inspire
even at least 1 person, 1 soul. I would feel very good.

If you are going through some or has gone through some difficult times,
I am sending you love and please know that you are not alone!
Take it one day at a time...

Mommy Lhey Sticker Book in AC Moore

I still pinch myself sometimes.
It still doesn't seem real.

We have our very own Sticker book in AC Moore Stores.
This was a collaboration between Paper House Productions and our Company.
And I am soooooo darn proud of it.

I hope and pray that this is just a beginning.
I hope that one day, we'd be able to reach a bigger audience
and create more exciting and fun products.

But right now, I will soak everything in.
I am so grateful for all the blessings that are bestowed upon me.
I appreciate everything.

We carry these sticker books in our Online Store as well.
I hope you would check them out, and would love it
as much as I enjoyed creating this project.

Lavender Young Living Essential Oils

How's your summer been? Are you a mom with crazy kiddos like me? Well if the answer is yes, I can already visualize how your summer may have been. Here at home, we had our share of crying and fighting. I've also heard the phrase "Mom, I'm Bored!" probably a million times or more.
But one thing i'd like to share with you that helped me a few times or more to help calm my children are my favorite young living essential oils. At first I didn't know if it would work.
But I never gave up, I diffuse Lavender and I noticed some changes in them.
They weren't running around 20X anymore, only 5X lol.
Well, it was minimized for sure. It really did helped. And I am so happy.
During at night, I would add some drops of lavender in some jojoba oil and massage all over
my baby girl to give her a relaxing sleep. It works!!!

Here are some information about Young Living Lavender and Peace and Calming II Essential Oils that helps me with my crazy kids - and always to the rescue.

Lavender Essential Oil

Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) has a scent that’s a wonderful blend of fresh, floral, clean, and calm. It’s this dynamic aroma that has made the flower a classic for perfumes, soaps, fresheners, and beauty products. As one of our most popular products, Lavender oil is a great beginner oil and a must for every home.
Lavender essential oil isn’t just a favorite because of its classic scent—it’s also highly versatile. From skin care products to relaxing routines, this oil can infuse many areas of your life.
You can find Young Living Lavender oil in blends such as Stress Away™, Harmony™, RutaVaLa™, Tranquil™, and Forgiveness™.

Lavender Essential Oil Uses:

  • Treat yourself to this well-loved aroma by adding a few drops of oil to lotions, shampoos, and skin care products.
  • Create a spa-like retreat by combining 1 cup Epsom salt and 4 drops oil and adding to a hot bath.
  • Make a basic homemade body scrub with coconut oil, sugar, and Lavender essential oil.
  • Unwind with a Lavender-infused neck or back massage.
  • Use Lavender as part of your evening routine. Rub oil on the bottom of your feet before bed or spritz your pillow with distilled water and Lavender mixed in a spray bottle.
  • Create a DIY room freshener with Lavender or diffuse it to banish stale odors.

Another Great Favorite Of Ours is The Peace & Calming II

Life and Essential Oils

Hello Everyone!
I haven't been active on my blog for the longest time. I had great plans for this space on the internet. I wanted to make this channel to become more of my personal connection to the world but it seems like ever since I started a business, I feel like all of my social media accounts are all connected to our business account. But lately i've been trying to revive my dying personal Instagram account as well and slowly but surely it's going well...

So, How am I? Lately it seems like a trick question. Is anyone out there who still really cares? I mean who sincerely care about the answer when they ask the question. Well, at least I hope so. Because I do. I care about your well being. Your JOY Level.
I am - on a scale of 1 to 10 - on a 8.5 now. I was somewhere between 4-6 the past few weeks to a couple of months. If you ask me why? I don't really know why.

I guess feeling of just so overwhelmed. Slightly bit stuck.
And most of all TIRED.
But all of these are caused by a common denominator. Which is ME.

I am stubborn. I do not ask for help.
I do not allow myself to rest. I feel guilty when I let other people do something for me.
I am terrible at putting boundaries for other people. I do not know how to say NO.
I allow myself overwork. And so many other reasons...

BUT LATELY, Something seems to help...
My Aunt sent me some Essential Oils.
Was I skeptical at first? Of course I was. But i've been practicing holistic healing already with Crystals, and  Meditations. But it'll be a new experience with Essential Oils.

I have been using the Peace and Calming Blend II for almost a month and I also mix it with some Lavender at times especially at night time. I swear by this, it works!!!

I have been more calm, and in a much better state of mind. My moods has been so much better.
I feel like I have better control of my emotions and better focus.

I place a few drops in the palm of my hands, rub them together, and do a deep breathing technique 3 times every morning when I wake up. And I repeat this 3x a day when I feel like I need it.

Today, I am so proud to share that I officially joined the Young Living Family.
It wasn't a hard decision because I truly believe in their products.
I've already used another blend called PURIFICATION on my daughter and it was perfect for some insect bites that she had, I am meaning to write another post about it as well. So just watch out for that. But like what I mentioned, I am now an official member of the YL family, I am so excited to learn more about this company, the products, more blends, and explore more uses and to do more healing. If you are curious, you can try some products, You may do your own research or you may also ask me if you have any questions and maybe I can answer it for you If you decide to be a member or  if you'd like to buy/try some of the products, check it for yourself here:

Velour Eyelashes

I looooooove this lashes I picked up from Sephora last week. They are perfect shape and no need to trim them. I feel like if you don’t use it with Mascara you can get at least 20-25 usage for one. It’s really a great quality. I picked four different styles, all from their effortless collection. You may check them out at They retail for $26.00 each. I love them and I am really happy with this purchase. It’s a little pricey, but for the quality I think it’s worth it.
